Update: Fellow Fishermen! The update on the Go Fishing games is successfully over!

Please note:
Experience points have been transferred correctly, but in the new game XPs required for levels are different, and that is why now all players who were on lvl 90 on old GF1 are now on lvl 77 on the new version (with the same amount of XPs), and the same goes for other players with other levels also. And, the new version has levels higher than level 90.

Game News & Announcement / All good things....... time to say good-bye to our Original GF game :'(

And now, time has come to say good-bye to our old friend, GF1, the original Go Fishing game.
This forum was opened during the late Summer/early Fall of 2011, following the general beta launch of, then brand new, Go Fishing game.
The game had only 1/3 of current levels, with only few locations... Lake Michigan, Amur River... and no Spin.
And, it was full of bugs.
Yet, the game caught on.
And thanks to you, the loyal followers (& casual players), it had a wonderful run.
Now the time has caught up with the game, and the game has becoming an antique and finally the time has come to move on to a "newer model".
On behalf of all past and present admins and moderators of this official GF1 forum, we thank you, fellow fisherman, for this wonderful run, and hopefully you will come to enjoy and love the new version of Go Fishing game as much as our beloved old GF1.
