How many levels are their in the standard game (not the premium) now?

Are there any special prizes for hitting level 100? I am on 99 now and should hit 100 this week at some point.

I finished Master Chef 1 and 2 and have no idea how i did them. Now it says to cook anything other than the easiest dish i have to have completed Master Chef 5

Since I have no idea how to do Master chef 3 (It doesnt even show what ingredients are needed for backed fish. So i went to the grocery and bought every ingredient and all the pans and smokers and knives and figured now it would show me what i needed since i had every thing.

No Luck wont let me cook baked fish from the reciepe menu and wont let me do aning on the quest of he same name?

Help Please???
