I can not catch the trophy coho salmon in Lake Michigan.
I have used luck potions and all five regular chums (bread crumbs, worm, shrimp, fish scraps, and dog food at every location on Lake Michigan. I have used both Spoon and jig lures (these have caught me one regular coho salmon per 25 totals fish. no trophy size at all.
I have also used Worms, larvae, minnows, smelts, salmon bollies, bass bollies, clams, shrimps and just about every other float baits. These were used at all locations, with luck potions and all 5 major chums.
My float tackle is 150lb and I also tried 100lb tackle.
I have been playing this game since it started and can't seem to catch any trophy cohos no matter what I do. I have spent hours and hours at least 50 chums each location and more than 10 luck potions. I will say that my 1 coho to 25 other fish catch ratio goes to 1 in 50 using float tackle.
There was no problem catching them at the other 2 locations.
I personally got the unique Eel at Dark Waters at Danube River with 100kg hook and Cut Bait. Good luck!Hello pkg123, Stellate Sturgeon bites wide range of baits (Bread, worms, Frogs, Tadopoles, Fruit flies, and more expensive baits such as Cheese, Lobsters, Snake Pieces), it is found at all Donube River fishing spots. It's a mid size fish, unique is about 20 kg, so I think 100 kg tackle (or less) is fine. Good luck.for unique eel hook and bait pls

what baits and equipment sizes are needed to catch trophy barracuda ? and which location is the best. thanks in advance brian150kg hook and Tadpoles worked really well for me with those, at Crystal Bay.
can anybody help me with this quest? I cannot catch the rainbow trout. what baits , size hook, size line etc. thanks in advance . BrianI used pumpkin bait (got to use luck potion) and got them at both Bright Moon, and Old Castle with 150kg hook. Good luck!
