Has anyone had success catching Round Sardinella?

Hello pkg123 you can try corn with 5k float setup at crystal bay in Black sea or spoon lure and jig lure I hope this will help

I had 19 corn and caught 5 Round Sardinella.  Not bad at all.  Nothing yet on the lures but will update this post if that changes. Thanks Donna!  Still no luck with the lures but the only spin rod I own is 350kg.  Will using such a big rod negatively impact the ability to catch a very small fish?

10kg rod 2kg hook and line use worms at Battleship Wreck and lots of time and patience

so far, I have only got mullet on spoon. Mostly at Crystal bay but 1 or 2 at lazy creek. Have not found a bait set-up to get them yet. Any thoughts? Corn working great for the sardinellas on 5k. nearly done with those. Gobyies I can get all over lake michigan area. actually a nuisance while trying to get anything else so that won't be a prob

* Following up...on a friend's suggestion, tried smelts for the mullets, found them on 20kg (normal) set-up. Crystal Bay. Got the quota by swapping back and forth with a spoon. Also, Lazy Creek turned out to be a good place for  gobies. 2k set-up and bread if you want to stay in the area

for Mullet 100 tadpoles -30 fish
Crystal Bay
bait - Tadpoles , Hook - 40kg , Line - 40kg
very easy :)
