I'm a little confused. Is there an error in this quest, in the description or in the description of the European Perch? Here's the fish description:

European Perch
Locations:
Danube River
Old Castle, Heart of Danube, Dark Water

Serene Valley isn't mentioned but the quest says I have to catch 5 there. Is that possible? I have not caught any yet at that place...

Any tips for catching unique fish at those three spots? I'm at level 30 with 70 kg setup as max. Tips for setup and bait for each spot would be much appreciated. Thanks

Part 2 doesn't show up for me either. Have you found out whether or not it has been removed? If so, the (1) should be removed too so people don't do that quest believing there will be better rewards waiting down the line.
