Pencil lure @ Misty Forest for the Spookfish & Ghost fish and you'll catch a few of the pikes as well. It's slow but steady fishing, roughly 1 cast in 3 gets a fish and roughly every 2nd fish is one of the ones you need.

I finished the last few pike off at Still Water on dog food as I knew I could catch them fast there.

Fruit flies 150k setup at misty forest catches all of the fish for the quest

I used Pencil lure, it catches all 3 required fish for the quest fairly evenly (plus Round Goby, Catfish, few Bowfins...), and thus I completed all 3 tasks around the same time.
Took about 2 hours.

Currently working on this one.  Fruit flies with the 400 coin hook working really well.
