Follow-up, July 30: We have words from the game tech team that the purchase-bug for the new purchase is fixed, please resume your purchases! :) 
For those players who have reported their purchase problems to this game.... purchased items (Pearls, Coins, Subscriptions) are being deposited, or will be deposited to your game account soon... the team is currently double-checking this part of game, and if you have not received your purchased item (or your subscription) yet, we ask for your patience for a while longer while the team is making sure it is working properly. Thank you very much for your understanding and cooperation. :)

We are having some bug on Pearl/coin purchases for the game.
Please do not buy Pearls/coins till this is getting fixed. (we will announce it when this is fixed)

If you have bought Pearls after July 10, 2017 and have not yet received paid-for Pearls on your game account, please report it by sending Facebook message to our game page on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/go.fishing.online/

with your Game ID number (you can find it at top part of your game),



and screen-shot of your payment record, like this



you can find your payment record by clicking on Payment on Right side menu on your Facebook.
