what bait is best and what is the best location to catch 10 golden payara. i have completed the other 2 items in the quest.thanks in advance brian

I think any of the locations in Lake Baikal will work, I did mine at Mysterious Train. 150k float gear and fresh meat for bait and it didn't take long, within 100 casts for sure. Use bigger tackle if you have it as they can be lively.

where and which baits are the best for the gold payara?

I have caught Gold Payara at Sunset Cliff with Fresh Meat using 150kg gear.  Have you caught any Gold Cichlid yet?  If so, what bait and configuration are you using (and where did you catch them)?

i have caught them with big spinning gear and almost any lure and at all locations

Anybody any idea  were the gold cichlids are ? baits etc ?.... not caught any at all yet considering the  last quest

@vapor Just about any lure will work for cichlids and also for all the other gold fish except Gold Payara. I've never caught Payara on a lure. I was using the troll lure most of the time but now I've earned enough gold for better gear I tend to use the spinner lure. My favourite location is Sunset Cliff, it seems to be a nice steady stream of good sized fish.

All Gold fish can be caught with the trolling lure with spin setup and cheese with float setup
