Note: To open this quest, you must purchase Master's Rod (45 kg, 9 Pearls) and Hook 40 Pro (3 prong one, 3 Pearls) and equip float fishing tackle.

If you bought new small weight tackle (I believe that's how it is triggered), then equip float fishing gear and visit Lake Michigan and see if that works.

Thank you, I had all the baits, hooks, lines, etc.  I bought the wrong rod, finally got the Master's Rod, so we are good now
