(happen to have Luck potion for this catch but it is not necessary to have Luck potion for catching this fish.)

I am stocking up on some Mutant Worms and Pampkin Baits while they are on the Market, in case I would like to test these baits for other fish later.  :)

Yep, I'm doing the same.  Pumpkin will catch every fish in the game with luck potion, at least i think it will.   Its proving that way so far.
